Your next step · An online shop

Your products online. Your orders under control.

Start with one shop and connect more when you need them. Customers get an easy way to buy, and your team gets the orders together in ERP, with products and stock in the same system.

E-shop + ERP

Order in. Products picked. Parcel out.

Keep the daily steps easy to follow. The shop brings the order into ERP, where your team can confirm it and move through collecting, packing, and sending the products.

Let people find what they need

Give products photos, categories, useful details, and filters. Customers can check availability, fill their basket, and order without having to create an account.

Keep your shops working together

Choose which products each connected website sells. Share the catalogue and stock in ERP and handle the real orders from all those shops on one page.

Know what needs to go out next

Check the order, set aside stock, collect the items, and pack them. Record what you send and add the tracking reference when available — including when an order goes out in parts.

Your shop has more to say. In more languages.

Ready to say hello to customers somewhere new? Google Translate API helps with product translations right in ERP, so you don’t have to start every description from scratch. We’ll help you plan the shop pages too, with room for your own words and personality.

  1. Choose your languages

We talk through your customers and markets, then agree which languages and shop pages to prepare.

  2. Prepare a first translation

In ERP, choose the source and target language for a product’s name and description. Google Translate API prepares the translation without copying the text into a separate tool.

  3. Review and edit the text

Review the result, adjust specialist terms, and save the product when you’re happy. The translation is published when you save the product.

  4. Translate the shop pages too

Alongside products, we can help prepare translated pages about your business, delivery, and other useful information. Languages, API setup, and usage costs are agreed with your project.

Start with the languages your customers need. You can add more later.

From a new order to a dispatched package

Orders stay on one page, with a linked fulfillment view to guide your team through the warehouse work.

  1. Receive the order

Review the products, customer details, address, and chosen payment and delivery methods. Confirm the order and prepare fulfillment.

  2. Collect the products

Allocate warehouse stock and record picked quantities. Your team can see what still needs to be collected.

  3. Pack for delivery

Organise products into packages and mark them ready to send, including orders that need more than one package.

  4. Send to the customer

Record dispatched packages and enter the carrier and tracking reference when available. Keep partial shipments alongside the order too.

Payments that are clear for customers and staff

Offer bank transfer and cash on delivery with clear checkout instructions. Your team verifies received payments and manages the order status in ERP. Online card payments are scoped as a separate integration around your chosen provider, agreement, and fees.

Delivery that fits the way you work

Set up fixed-price delivery or collection, supported countries, and instructions. In ERP you can connect and verify Econt, Speedy, and Sendcloud courier accounts. Automatic carrier quotes, bookings, and shipping labels are scoped as a separate integration.
